Some of my most vivid visual memories are underwater. I haven't dove for a while but these pictures make me want to do so again!

Can you believe this is a fish. The green and yellow thing, a scorpion fish, and very poisonous.

Clownfish peeking out of an anemone.
I think the most beautiful thing I ever saw was a couple of giant Eagle Ray's gliding past me in Turk's and Caicos. They looked to be at least 6 feet accross and soooo graceful.

A nudibrach

A giant clam

A clownfish.

This is a pretty typical scene when you are diving with a lot of people.

I've only seen one anemone...and that was in Grand Cayman...but not this spectacular.

I can remember one time in Cozumel... connecting with my fellow divers to reconnoiter underwater...and a Giant Cod like this floating among us as if he were one of us.

Some of the happiest moments I can remember have been underwater.... There is such peace and the feeling that you have arrived in some alternative universe.
